Of course, we have them: The classics from the Bavarian cuisine. Whether it’s roast pork with dark beer sauce, onion roast beef, lake char, or cheese spaetzle. We even have a Bavarian Hot Dog with spicy cheese-infused sausage straight from the grill. Served in a pretzel bun exclusively made for Der Spöckmeier by a local organic baker.
Our products mainly come from the Munich area and its surroundings. The duck comes from Lugeder in Lower Bavaria, the pretzels and bread from Oberroth in the north of Munich, and the beef is genuine Simmental. Most of our vegan products are supplied by a modern start-up from Weilheim.
